AeroFloat

AeroFloat is a per-user Windows live wallpaper engine by Affan Khan Wadood (SloopNodge). It plays looping video wallpapers behind desktop icons, can frost the taskbar, and watches for fullscreen games or video so the render pipeline can idle instead of competing with the foreground app. The installer targets Local AppData and does not require administrator rights. It is distributed free from GitHub Releases.

Windows 10 version 2004 or later, and Windows 11, 64-bit.
Open source on GitHub. New unsigned apps may show Microsoft SmartScreen until reputation builds.
